About this role: As an Advanced Practice Provider in Family Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will work with 4 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers who place high importance on teamwork and collaboration. Our team is well-known for synergy , and high patient satisfaction scores. You will practice at Hurricane Valley Clinic in Hurricane, UT Y our hours will be full-time, and your schedule may be 3 to 4 days per week depending on the clinic's needs . Our clinic is open Monday - Friday 7am - 7pm weekly. You r on-call responsibilities are shared among all providers and will be approximately every 7 th week for 7 days.
