Farm and Ranch Hand

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Ranch Hand to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working on a farm, lawncare, maintaining equipment and handling animals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general farm maintenance tasks such as repairing fences, maintaining equipment, operating farm machinery, mowing/yardwork.
• Handle and care for livestock and other animals on the ranch.
• Perform routine maintenance on farm equipment and machinery.
• Assist with haying operation.

Requirements:

• Experience with power tools and mechanical knowledge for equipment repair.
• Familiarity with farm machinery and operations.
• Ability to handle animals with care and attention to their well-being.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
