Farm Equipment Machine Operator I (Onsite | Seasonal Contract)

Monday•Friday | 6:00 AM•2:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate:
$20•22/hour

Seasonal assignment through October 2, 2026 Overview We are seeking a Machine Operator I to support agricultural operations in a hands-on farm environment. This role focuses on operating equipment, supporting crop production, and maintaining farm systems to ensure efficient and effective field operations. This is a great opportunity for candidates with tractor operation and pesticide application experience who enjoy working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Operate tractors and farm equipment to support crop production activities Perform pesticide spraying in accordance with safety and regulatory guidelines Support open field crop growing and maintenance operations Conduct routine maintenance on farm equipment, irrigation systems, and fields Assist with general farm operations to ensure efficiency and productivity Follow all safety procedures and operational protocols Qualifications 2+ years of experience in equipment operation or agricultural/farm work Experience operating tractors and applying pesticides is required Ability to perform physical, hands-on work in an outdoor environment Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently and on a team Additional Requirements Must be able to pass a fit test and respirator screening In-person interview required at the Acampo site Comfortable working in varying outdoor conditions Key Skills Equipment operation (tractors, farm machinery) Pesticide application and safety compliance Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting Teamwork and reliability #IND1 #ZR
