Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Farm Help to join our dynamic agricultural team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of farm operations, including mowing, pressure washing, equipment maintenance, crop management, and general farm upkeep. Your enthusiasm and hands-on approach will contribute significantly to the smooth running of daily farm activities, ensuring a productive and safe environment for both animals and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop practical skills in farming, horticulture, and machinery operation while supporting sustainable agricultural practices. This job is May through the first of October. 40 +/- hours depending on job going and weather. Responsibilities Assist with animal husbandry tasks such as feeding, and monitoring animal health and behavior. You will also feed wildlife. Operate farm machinery and heavy equipment safely, including tractors, mowers, chainsaw, trimmers and side by sides. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge Support crop cultivation activities such as planting food plots. harvesting hay. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm environment to promote safety and efficiency Assist with fencing repairs, equipment inspections, and general farm infrastructure upkeep Qualifications Previous experience in farm or agricultural settings is preferred but not necessarily. Mechanical knowledge combined with experience operating farm machinery, zero turn mowers, and heavy equipment Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate power tools effectively Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to planting or feeding schedules Strong work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and attention to detail in maintenance tasks.
