• Full-time Overview We're looking for a hands-on Farm Manager who knows how to get things done.

This is not a sit-in-the-office role. You'll be responsible for running day-to-day farm operations, managing equipment, leading employees, and making smart decisions that keep the operation moving forward. If you need constant direction or aren't comfortable taking ownership, this isn't the role for you. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily farm operations (planting, harvesting, maintenance, etc.) Operate and maintain a wide range of farm equipment Manage and lead farm employees—assign tasks and hold standards Coordinate schedules, prioritize work, and adapt to changing conditions Monitor crops, soil conditions, and overall farm productivity Work alongside ownership on planning, improvements, and efficiency Ensure equipment is properly maintained and downtime is minimized Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Requirements Proven experience in farming operations (required) Strong equipment experience (tractors, implements, maintenance, etc.) Ability to troubleshoot and fix basic mechanical issues Leadership mindset—able to manage people and hold accountability Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters more than anything) Valid driver's license Preferred (But Not Required) Welding, mechanical, or fabrication skills Experience with precision ag technology Experience managing teams or running a farm operation What We Offer Competitive pay based on skill and experience Opportunity to grow into a leadership role with real responsibility A fast-moving, hands-on work environment Long-term stability with a growing operation How to Apply Send your resume and a short message explaining your experience and why you'd be a good fit to: chase_fiechter@hotmail.com Reality Check This job requires long hours during busy seasons, problem-solving under pressure, and someone who takes pride in doing things the right way.
