Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as tractors, attachments, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Perform routine equipment repairs and maintenance using hand and power tools to ensure machinery stays in top condition. Move truck, trailer, and equipment from farm to farm. Handle heavy lifting of supplies and equipment parts while maintaining proper safety. Experience Familiarity with farm machinery operation including tractors, attachments, and power tools. Mechanical Knowledge with hands on experience in equipment repair and general maintenance. Must have a valid driver's license and experience pulling a gooseneck trailer.
