FULL-TIME FARM HELP - MECHANICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Garner Farms - Hull, IL We are looking for a qualified, experienced individual to join our operation. This is a year-round position that requires strong mechanical knowledge and proven experience operating farm or heavy equipment. Position Overview You will assist with daily farm operations, equipment operation, and maintenance. We want someone who can work independently, take care of equipment, and step into multiple roles on the farm. Required Skills (Do NOT apply unless you meet these): Mechanical ability — able to perform basic repairs and diagnose issues Experience operating tractors, loaders, or similar equipment Good communication and reliability Valid driver's license Ability to work extended hours during spring and fall Responsibilities Operating tractors and farm equipment Equipment maintenance and repairs General farm labor Assist with planting, spraying, and harvest activities What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Year-round employment Stable, long-term position
