Job Duties:

Worker will be required to perform a variety of duties found in SOC Code 45-2092 Farmworkers and Laborers, Crop, Nursery, and Greenhouse (https://www.onetonline.org/) such as manually plant, cultivate, and transport greenhouse crops. Operate vacuum seeder for greenhouse crops. Fill greenhouse seeding flats with precision. Repetitive lifting and transportation of filled pots and flats, up to 50 pounds. Watering of greenhouse crops. Manual labor in extreme temps at times. Planting and hand tilling of field nursery crops. Clean work areas and maintain grounds and landscaping. Extensive bending over. ### Minimum Education Required None. No High School Diploma or GED required. ### Minimum Experience Required Must have at least 3 months experience. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES

Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts (Updated 03/24/2025). Required work-related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
