The Dan Chapman - Farmers Insurance Agency in Desloge, MO is growing, and we're looking for an Insurance Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, serving local families and businesses, and being a trusted resource in the community. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through community events, networking, referrals, and outreach Educate prospects and clients on a variety of insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly goals Actively participate in local events and partner with organizations to grow brand awareness Serve as a trusted advisor to help individuals and families protect what matters most
What We're Looking For:
Proven sales success - you have experience in roles such as sales representative, business development, account executive, or customer relationship manager Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented , and driven to succeed Passion for community engagement and a desire to be active and visible locally Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to learn insurance products and regulations (prior insurance experience a plus but not required)

Salary Range:
$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Flexible Schedule Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Uncapped Income Leads Provided Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Great Customer Service Skills. Problem-Solving Capabilities. Driven and goal-oriented individual. Responsibilities Meet new business production goals and objectives as established. Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists. Present and explain insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
