What We Offer:

Full-time position : Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5

PM Compensation :

Hourly wage + commission + bonuses Earning potential : $60,000 - $80,000+ in your first year Pre-licensing assistance : We'll help you get licensed (if not already) One-on-one mentorship with a qualified and successful Farmers Agent Clear career path to Agency Ownership or Senior Producer role Multiple locations available across

Southern California Responsibilities:

Learn and apply the Farmers Insurance sales and service process Work closely with mentor agent to meet sales and service goals Provide quotes and consult clients on insurance needs (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.) Follow up with leads and prospects Maintain compliance with licensing and industry regulations

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and grow within the insurance industry Sales, customer service, or business experience is a plus Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Already licensed?
