Farmers Market Operations Assistant

Job Overview We're looking to hire enthusiastic individuals to join our team for the upcoming 2026 farmers markets! We have multiple location options between Parker, CO and Broomfield, CO based on your preference. Most of these farmers markets are on

WEEKENDS.

We have occasional weekday markets, but the majority of our staffing needs fall on Saturdays & Sundays. Dates for this job can range from May 3 to October 25. We will not need all staff for the entire duration. We are very accommodating of vacations/trips/etc. Responsibilities Set up and tear down of market equipment (up to 40Ibs) Vehicle must be big enough to fit a folding table (3x2 ft) and pop up tent (8x1 ft) Comfortable speaking to and interacting with customers Show up to the market 30minutes before it opens (as required by the market) Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate set up and tear down of the markets Provide visual confirmation of set up each day Ensure compliance with market rules as dictated in the vendor handbook Experience Customer service experience required Basic math skills and transactional knowledge necessary Proficient with technology and smartphone use Show an interest in treats for dogs and cats Join us for a fun and rewarding season as we share our high-quality pet treats with pet owners in the community!

$20.23 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 6 per week
