Farmers Market Sales Associate - Aventura Mall (Weekend)

Butter Moon Bakehouse is looking for a Farmers Market Sales Associate to represent our brand at weekend farmers markets, including Aventura. This is a long-shift, indoor position focused entirely on pastry sales and customer interaction. This role requires strong sales skills, energy, and the ability to stay engaged and positive throughout a full market day (up to 10-12 hours). Responsibilities Set up, organize, and break down the pastry stand Welcome, engage, and assist customers throughout the market Actively sell and recommend pastries to achieve daily sales goals Clearly explain products, flavors, and ingredients Encourage multiple-item purchases and upselling Handle POS transactions and payments accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive stand at all times Monitor inventory during service and communicate needs Provide excellent customer service for the entire shift Requirements Previous experience in sales or customer service Comfortable standing for long periods Able to work long shifts (up to 10-12 hours) Confident, outgoing, and sales-driven personality Ability to work independently and manage the stand Reliable, punctual, and responsible Weekend availability required Schedule & Pay Part-time position Weekend farmers markets Long shifts (up to 10-12 hours) Pay based on experience All tips earned during the shift are yours (not shared)
