We are seeking professional and energetic sales representatives who are responsible, customer engaged and motivated to achieve sales expectations representing Rancho La Vina at the Farmers' Markets in the Ventura and Los Angeles areas. Currently looking to fill weekend positions. Responsibilities Lead sales at Farmers' Market booth Manage cash and assorted e-payment transactions Engage with customers by offering samples Field customer questions and educate customers on our products and farming practices Ensure products are properly displayed and booth area remains clean Monitor inventory levels Report sales to Rancho La Vina management Transport market booth supplies and product to and from storage and farmers' market locations. Qualifications 21 years of age or older Approachable and friendly Able to stand for long periods of time Able to lift 30-50lbs Valid driver's license Excellent communication skills Sales, cashier, and culinary or hospitality experiences are all a plus Own cargo vehicle is a plus Opportunities for growth Candidates have the opportunity to earn a base hourly rate plus a bonus based upon performance. Candidates will also have opportunities to expand their role into management of other sales staff or develop and manage new product offerings.
