Duties Prepare and assemble food orders quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed Assist in food prep tasks such as chopping ingredients or assembling menu items as needed Support team members with food industry best practices, including proper food handling and safety procedures Requirements Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in a restaurant or café setting Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly around the restaurant, and lift moderate loads when necessary Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but training will be provided Experience with food preparation, bussing tables, or kitchen work is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering fast, friendly service while honing your skills in the food industry.
