Responsibilities Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service delivery to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and skilled team capable of delivering top-tier service Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing stock levels to minimize waste and optimize food costs Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Enforce food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations to guarantee a safe dining environment Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours, resolving customer issues promptly, and maintaining high service standards Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and training sessions to foster continuous improvement in food service management Requirements Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant management with a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management Hands-on experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise essential Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in hospitality or restaurant settings Knowledge of food safety regulations, inventory control practices, and food handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to manage staff training & development effectively Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards Prior experience in casual dining or quick service environments preferred; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus Embark on an exciting journey where your leadership fuels success!
