Job Description

Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity? We are looking for top performers to grow with us, someone with proven team building and leadership skills. Management restaurant experience is desired, preferably. The most important criteria are a positive attitude, people and customer service skills, and the ability/desire to learn and develop your talent to its fullest potential.
Essential Functions:
Previous experience in the restaurant industry or fast food of at minimum Demonstrating leadership and development (ability to recruit, screen, hire, develop and retain Team Members) Solid knowledge of Food Cost and Labor Cost Proven ability to grow sales and control costs Demonstrated or proven career ladder climb A candidate with dependable transportation A candidate who values a TEAM and knows how to motivate and instill standards in their
TEAM EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE 3-5
years in a management position (preferably restaurant experience) HOURS Able to work flexible hours necessary to manage and operate the restaurant effectively.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P & L management. Organizational, planning and time management Team building skills. Problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills.
PHYSICAL ABILITIES
Stand for long periods of time. Workaround heat. Workaround others in close quarters. Move throughout the restaurant and observe restaurant operations and employee work performance. Able to lift 50 - 75 pounds comfortably. Work with various cleaning products.
