Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, following established recipes and safety standards. Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently. Friendly Customer Focused attitude for work at drive thru and front counter. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed. Assist with food safety practices, including proper food storage, temperature checks, and sanitation protocols. Support other team members with bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the restaurant remains inviting and organized. Experience Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Experience in retail math or grocery store operations can be beneficial for cash handling responsibilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
