FBA OPERATOR

Job description Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operator to join our team in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our logistic operation, providing exceptional customer service while effectively managing sales and other tasks. This position requires a strong understanding and quick thinking of giving instructions. Responsibilities Operate daily inbound and outbound orders Assist dispatcher to schedule delivery and make changes to the appointment Utilize basic math skills to perform pricing, discounts, and sales transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to store policies and procedures at all times. Skills Reading and write Chinese is a must Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Proficiency in cash handling, including experience with cash registers and processing transactions. Basic math skills essential for retail operations, including the ability to perform calculations accurately. Experience in FBA operation is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
