FedEx Business Contact Manager

Introduction:

We are a contracted service provider of FedEx in the greater Maine area. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Contact Manager to join our team to oversee the daily operations, scheduling, and relationships with FedEx contacts, drivers, and customers. The successful candidate will be a strong, proven leader with good communication skills, problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily business operations and team performance, including that policies and procedures are followed and that all necessary resources are available Ensure the successful execution of the daily P&D operations Lead, develops, and coach drivers Facilitate communication between IPS's and Stations, act as a liaison between drivers and FedEx Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies and standards Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing business needs Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
