$125-$275 per day — based on your route size and total number of completed stops About the Role JAKS Logistics, a trusted FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring reliable and safety-focused Delivery Drivers to join our team in Barrington, NJ. As a driver, you'll play a vital role in ensuring packages are delivered safely, efficiently, and on time to homes and businesses. Responsibilities Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle Deliver packages on time and in excellent condition Load and unload packages efficiently Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Follow all safety and company procedures Provide professional, courteous service at every stop Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license Must take a background check, drug test, and DOT physical (covered at no cost) Clean driving record Ability to lift up to 150 lbs (dolly provided for larger packages) Physically fit for repetitive movements (lifting, bending, entering/exiting vehicle) Strong time management and organizational skills Capable of maintaining an average pace of 1 stop every 3 minutes Schedule Full-Time | 5 days per week (2 days off)

Route Average:

150 stops | 50 miles per day

Peak Season:
