This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong work ethic, and is comfortable in a hands-on retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge assistance Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions accurately Assist customers with animal and livestock feed, hardware, lawn & garden, and related product selections Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels Receive and stock merchandise, including lifting and moving feed bags and supplies Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures For manager-level duties: oversee staff, scheduling, and basic store operations

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience required Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn POS systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, honest, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Preferred (but not required): Experience with animal & livestock feed, farm supplies, lawn & garden, or hardware products Prior supervisory or management experience
