Feed Manufacturing Lead

This position is responsible for the daily operations of the feed mill including: meeting production demands, directing production employees, and helping to provide a safe and positive work environment.

Pay Range:

$60-70k starting, depending on experience

Lead, Manage and Hold People Accountable Inventory Management, Record Keeping Facility and Equipment Maintenance Regulatory, Quality Control, FSMA Scheduling and Dispatch Requirements:

Demonstrated experience being self-motivated and self-directed Agricultural background desirable Candidates must have a valid driver s license, meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member and comply with Crystal Valley s drug and alcohol policy. Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
