Looking for a DSP (Direct Support Professional) to work start with 12 hours per week. It can go up to 30 hours weekly. Days and hours are flexible but should start 3:30pm or 4pm during the weekdays. Weekends are also an option.

Hyde Park, NY 12538. Please note that hours cannot be completed in 1 or 2 days. DSP needs to be ok with the client having a dog. As per the clients request, only female

Responsibilities Comhab Services:

Provide relief support for caregivers. Help client achieve success at home and in various environments. Engage client in enjoyable and meaningful activities that enhance their growth and development. Assisting in the development of individuals' Community Habilitation Plans. Supporting individuals in achieving their chosen personalized outcomes and stated goals. Providing assistance, services and supports to promote independence in daily living activities within the residence. Application and Resume Assistance To engage in activities that will contribute to the individual's success in securing and keeping an integrated job. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for working with children and relevant experience in the field.
