Female Weekend Day Staff (Saturday & Sunday)

J ob Description Victory Village Christian Academy is a faith-based, nonprofit boarding program for girls. We are seeking dependable and engaging Weekend Day Staff to support and supervise students during daytime weekend hours while maintaining a safe, structured, and positive environment. This role is a great opportunity to build relationships with the girls, be involved in activities, and help create a fun and meaningful weekend experience. Responsibilities Supervise and interact with students throughout the day Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment Assist with meals, chores, and daily routines Help facilitate activities, outings, or free time Ensure expectations and behavior guidelines are followed Communicate any concerns or incidents to leadership Support overall dorm operations as needed Requirements Reliable and punctual Strong communication and observation skills Ability to remain calm and handle situations appropriately Enjoy working with teenage girls in a structured environment Must be comfortable working in a faith-based environment Must be able to pass a background check Ideal Candidate Positive, patient, and team-oriented Enjoys building relationships and mentoring youth Takes initiative and stays engaged during shifts Brings ideas for activities, devotions, or fun interactions Benefits Paid breaks during Thanksgiving, Christmas, Spring Break, and Summer Meals available during shift Work Location Burrton, KS (on-site)

Pay:
