Fence Installer Foreman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fence Foreman to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of fence installation leadership experience and can manage a crew efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and job site safety. This is a long-term opportunity with competitive pay, benefits, and retirement matching .

Pay:

Starting at $35+ per hour depending on experience Opportunities for raises based on performance

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise fence installation crews Read and follow job plans and layouts Ensure projects are completed on time and to company standards Operate tools and equipment safely Train and guide crew members Maintain clean and organized job sites Communicate with management and customers professionally

Requirements:

MUST HAVE A

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Fence Foreman or Crew Leader Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license /must be insurable Reliable transportation Ability to lift 75+ lbs Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must pass background check and drug screening
