Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Fence Installer Foreman, where you will lead and oversee all aspects of fence installation projects from start to finish. This role is perfect for a motivated construction professional eager to manage teams, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. As a key leader on-site, you will coordinate resources, supervise crew members, and maintain strict adherence to safety standards while fostering a productive and positive work environment. Your expertise in construction management and site supervision will drive project success and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise fence installation crews, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide installation processes accurately. Coordinate with project managers to develop schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 or HeavyBid. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and conduct regular safety meetings to promote a safe work environment. Manage on-site logistics, including material delivery, equipment usage, and site organization. Conduct quality control inspections to verify that fences meet design specifications, schematics, and client expectations. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, change orders, contracts, and daily reports using Bluebeam or other construction management tools. Oversee budgeting aspects related to labor, materials, and equipment costs while managing project schedules effectively. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are met with professionalism and efficiency. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical inspections when applicable during certain fencing projects involving electrical components. Qualifications Proven experience in construction site supervision with a focus on fencing or related trades. Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating principles. Familiarity with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Primavera for scheduling and documentation purposes. Demonstrated management skills with supervising teams in fast-paced environments. Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety enforcement. Ability to read technical schematics and use tools like ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively. Relevant certifications such as OSHA 10/30-hour training are preferred; experience in heavy civil or pipeline projects is a plus. Join us in shaping outdoor spaces with precision and professionalism! Equipment experience operating skidsteers and diesel trucks side by side and a cdl a plus, mechanical knowledge also helps, most be self motivated and good with people and take responsibility, we are a Christian Company and want clean honest guys and are looking for guys who fit our culture and values, you will be traveling over the road a lot to other states and will often be gone 2 weeks at a time, we are looking to fill mutable spots and for the right guy you can make very good money, only apply if you meet our requirements, thank you
