Fence Installer/Laborer

We are not the fast turn over , turn and burn style of employer. We expect heavy attention to detail and the ability to take the extra time necessary to make every installation as close to perfection as possible. As a fence installation helper\laborer you will work closely with our lead foreman's to insure a quality installation . The ideal candidate will be able bodied , attention to detail oriented , honest , hardworking , understanding of weather heat\cold\rain , willing to listen and be trained to do things our way regardless of prior knowledge.

Responsibilities:

Install and repair fencing to include Chain link , Aluminum , Wood , Vinyl Be able to follow directions from Foreman. Communicate customer needs as the job evolves to onsite lead foreman Be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. Be able to read a tape measure and work basic hand tools. Trim trees that may interfere with fence installation. Positive Attitude, Willingness to learn, BE ON TIME , Communicate needs in regards to time off or personal accommodations that will increase productivity or safety for the position

DOE Benefits:

Paid time off , accumulated after 90 day probation period "full time". Health care package offered , paid for by employee. "full time" Compensation package: Quarterly bonus based on production.
