Fence Installer/Laborer

Fence Installer Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Fence Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing and repairing fences on residential and commercial properties. The Fence Installer will work with a variety of materials and tools to ensure high-quality installations that meet customer specifications.

Duties:

• Measure and mark fence lines according to blueprints or customer preferences
• Dig post holes and set posts securely in the ground
• Assemble and install fence panels, gates, and other components
• Repair or replace damaged fencing as needed
• Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and nail guns
• Weld metal components for specialized fencing projects
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes

Skills:

• Proven experience as a carpenter or fence installer
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in assembling and installing fences with precision
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques related to fencing projects
• Familiarity with frame carpentry, concrete forming, and finishing techniques
• Competency in using power tools and hand tools effectively
