  • Part-time, Full-time Job Overview Total Outdoor Decor is hiring a dependable Fence & Landscape Installer to join our team.
This role includes fence installation, landscaping projects, and routine lawn maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality work and shows up ready to get the job done. Responsibilities Install wood, vinyl, chain link, and aluminum fencing Measure, layout, and set fence posts; ensure proper alignment and stability Perform fence repairs and maintenance Install mulch, plants, sod, and assist with basic grading and drainage Mow, edge, trim, and maintain lawns to company standards Complete seasonal cleanups and general property maintenance Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment safely Requirements Experience in fence installation, landscaping, or lawn maintenance preferred Valid driver's license (required) Ability to operate hand tools and power equipment Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to lift 60+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team Schedule Monday-Friday, start time 7:30 AM Overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities
