We are a growing fencing company based in Sutherlin, Oregon, specializing in both residential and commercial projects. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a skilled and motivated Fencing Foreman to join our team and help lead quality installations.

Position Overview:

The Fencing Foreman will be responsible for leading crews on job sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of workmanship. This role requires hands-on experience in multiple types of fencing and the ability to manage day-to-day operations in the field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience working for a fencing company
• Experience with multiple types of fencing (wood, chain link, field fence, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and must be insurable
• No DUI/DWI on driving record
• Pass a background check (prior offenses will be considered based on type and recency)
• Lift 60'100 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude; Lead by example

Work Schedule:

• 4-day work week (8-10 hour days)
• Opportunity for up to 40 hours per week
• Enjoy a 3-day weekend most weeks

Travel:

• Occasional out-of-town work may be required
• Hotel accommodations provided when travel is necessary (infrequent)

Compensation:

• Starting at $21/hour+, depending on experience
