Responsibilities:

Setting up and breaking down large event tents, canopies, and frame structures — including staking, guying, and securing Moving, arranging, and stacking tables, chairs, and equipment according to event layout plans Loading and unloading gear from trucks and trailers before and after each event Following crew lead's directions on site layout, safety protocols, and timing Keeping work areas clean and organized throughout setup and breakdown Spotting and flagging anything that doesn't look right — attention to detail keeps everyone safe Working efficiently as a unit to hit event deadlines (the crowd doesn't wait!) Skills Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stay on your feet for a full shift — often outdoors. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during load & unload activities. Attention to Detail
• A properly staked/weighted tent and a level table line matter — you notice what others miss. Team Player
• Works well under direction, communicates clearly, and keeps energy up even when it's hot. Reliability Above All
• If you're on the schedule, we count on you. Punctuality and follow-through are non-negotiable. Reliable Transportation
• Festival sites across DC, Maryland, and Virginia — you need to be able to get there. Must Be 18+
• Valid ID required.
