We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Facilities Maintenance and Purchasing Coordinator to join our corporate team in Beachwood, Ohio. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who exercises sound judgment, maintains a strong attention to detail, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Manage procurement of furnishings, equipment, and new-opening supplies with a focus on cost efficiency and quality consistency Support new location renovations, including coordination of receiving, maintenance, and quality assurance activities Solicit competitive bids, manage vendor relationships, and monitor orders and shipments to ensure on-time delivery Generate and approve purchase orders in collaboration with operations management and corporate leadership Maintain facilities maintenance schedules, coordinating repairs through internal resources or qualified outside vendors as appropriate Additional competencies Demonstrated purchasing expertise with a track record of cost savings and vendor accountability Ability to anticipate organizational needs and act proactively without prompting Skilled at both receiving direction and delegating tasks effectively across teams Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong negotiation, communication, and independent decision-making capabilities Required qualifications Minimum 2-4 years of purchasing experience within the hospitality industry (required) Demonstrated leadership ability and strong interpersonal communication skills Analytical mindset with exceptional organizational and planning capabilities Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 25%-50% travel as required out-of-state
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
