Fiberglass Repair/Final Finisher

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fiberglass Repair/Final Finisher to join our Varatti Boats factory team in Cambridge, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precise fiberglass and gel coat repairs and finishing work on Varatti boats, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Your expertise will help deliver both structural and cosmetic flawless finishes, smooth surfaces, and durable repairs that meet customer expectations. Duties Reinforce and promote all FLOE Core Values in daily interactions with coworkers and customers. Use hand tools, air and electrical power tools (i.e. DA sanders, spray gun, buffer, etc.). Repair and maintain fiberglass and gel coat surfaces on production boats and tooling. Color and gel coat restoration and matching. Follow procedures set in place for weighing and mixing of bondo, gel coat, and resin. Use of epoxies and polyester resins. Maintain updated knowledge of products used. Continually strive to meet or exceed FLOE International's standard quality of work. Understand and adhere to all company safety standards and policies. Maintain a safe and clean work area. Maintain and clean all equipment and tools assigned (i.e. spray guns). Other duties assigned. Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Prior knowledge or experience in fiberglass repair. Strong time management skills. Read and understand basic work instructions. Ability to cross-train in various departments. Be able to stand, bend, squat, twist, or bend for 10 hours. Must be able to wear respiratory PPE. Ability to work in confined spaces. Ability to lift up to 50 LBS.
