Competitive base + performance incentives + growth-based bonuses What You'll Do This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll be the face of Fabre Tech onsite. You'll handle everything from end-user support to infrastructure troubleshooting and project execution. Provide onsite and remote end-user support (hardware, software, and connectivity issues). Troubleshoot and support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) environments. Diagnose and resolve wireless and network issues (connectivity, VLANs, DHCP, signal optimization). Perform server troubleshooting (Windows Server, AD, DNS, Group Policy). Execute onsite project work : New office setups Workstation deployments Network equipment installs (switches, firewalls, access points) Assist with user onboarding/offboarding (accounts, permissions, device setup). Work closely with internal teams (L1/L2/L3) to escalate and resolve issues efficiently. Maintain accurate documentation Ensure a white-glove client experience during every onsite visit. What We're Looking For 2-5 years of experience in an MSP or IT support environment.

Strong hands-on experience with:

End-user support (Windows 10/11, laptops, desktops) Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting Basic to intermediate networking (WiFi, switches, firewalls) Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DHCP) Excellent communication skills — able to translate tech into plain English for clients. Comfortable working onsite, independently, and representing the company professionally. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bonus Points For Experience with Unifi, Meraki, SonicWall, or Aruba wireless environments. Familiarity with Intune or mobile device management (MDM). Experience with MSP tools. Basic scripting or automation experience (PowerShell). Previous project deployment experience (office moves, network rollouts). What Success Looks Like in This Role Clients trust you and ask for you by name.
