What You'll Do:

As a Field Equipment Mechanic , you'll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing specialized heavy equipment used in power, telecom, and construction applications. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems . Perform unit condition inspections and detailed service reports. Use technical resources and manuals to identify correct parts and procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment. Communicate clearly with supervisors and customers about repair needs and timelines. Uphold all company safety policies and best practices. Accurately document all work performed in service records. Support team goals and maintain a positive, professional attitude in all interactions.

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required. Background in heavy equipment repair Hands-on experience with aerial devices, cranes, digger derricks, hydraulic systems, or similar machinery is a plus. Mechanical, electrical, and/or hydraulic training or certifications preferred. Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical repair tasks safely. Strong attention to detail, communication, and customer service. Willingness to work overtime when needed. Must provide basic tools (company policies apply).
