Job Description

Field Operations Coordinator (Job Readiness, Scheduling, Dispatch) Lakes Region Environmental / LR Fuel Systems Gilmanton, NH (In Office) $27-$32/hour + performance-based summer and year-end bonuses + competitive benefits Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM | Overtime after 8 hours/day Help keep mission-critical field work ready, organized, and moving. We inspect, service, retrofit, and install mission-critical fuel systems and equipment that keep New England's hospitals, airports, universities, and state facilities operating safely. We are also a leading distributor of aviation fueling parts. Our work keeps essential infrastructure running. We're hiring a Field Operations Coordinator (Job Readiness, Scheduling, Dispatch) to manage the day-to-day flow of work across our service, project, and inspection business. This role owns the flow from job readiness through scheduling and dispatch, making sure parts, paperwork, subcontractors, and logistics are lined up so technicians are set up for success and jobs are fully prepared before they hit the field. This is a hands-on operations role with real ownership. The right person will be highly organized, proactive, and strong at communication and follow-through, with the ability to keep work moving cleanly from request to completion. Why this role stands out Stable, year-round, full-time schedule without weekend emergency work Overtime after 8 hours per day, not 40 hours per week and competitive holiday and benefits Real ownership in a growing company Mission-critical work that matters Strong team with a commitment to technical excellence and continued process improvement and operational growth What you'll do Build and manage daily and weekly technician schedules Keep visibility into all ongoing jobs, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly look-ahead and help them to be properly sequenced and prepared Take jobs after they are won and prepare them for execution, including reviewing handoff details, confirming parts, access, logistics, job phases, and administrative requirements and close out, including final documentation or additional work requirements Review parts needs and ensure materials are ordered and ready Communicate with technicians to understand field needs and make sure jobs are practically ready before they hit the field Create and send inspection proposals to customers using templates and pricing tools Track open items and follow up with technicians, vendors, subcontractors, customers, and regulatory agencies Handle day-to-day scheduling and field issues and keep work moving Help ensure jobs move smoothly from request through completion Ensure full visibility of jobs through our custom digital OS and job execution SOP What we're looking for Highly organized, dependable, and strong at follow-through Able to balance day-to-day execution with forward planning, ensuring work is ready in the near term and well prepared for what's ahead Keeps work organized through clear notes, task tracking, and consistent use of systems Comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once Clear written and verbal communication skills Courteous and professional with technicians, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders Responsive, proactive, and comfortable following up when needed Calm under pressure and able to adjust when priorities shift Comfortable working closely with field teams and supporting technicians Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams Able to learn new software systems and tools quickly, including our job execution system, parts tracker and digital operating system Able to understand a job handoff and coordinate work through execution without needing to be the technical expert Preferred experience 2+ years in field operations coordination, project coordination, scheduling, or a similar role Experience supporting field teams or service technicians Construction, trades, or service-business experience is a plus Relevant degree is a plus however experience matters more Good backgrounds for this role Service dispatch or coordination in fuel/petroleum systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, or similar trades Construction or field service project coordination Logistics, routing, or scheduling for technician- or crew-based work Property management, facilities, or maintenance coordination Operations support roles in service businesses where job readiness, follow-through, and communication are critical What we offer: compensation + benefits $27.00-$32.00 per hour based on background and experience Company and individual performance-based summer and year-end bonuses Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM schedule (with an hour for lunch) Overtime (1.5x) after 8 hours per day Paid week off around year-end holidays plus 8 to 10 paid federal holidays 1 week of PTO after 7 months and 2 weeks of PTO starting in year two, with additional PTO over time (our senior team members have up to 4 weeks off); unused PTO paid out annually Comprehensive health insurance that fits your needs Optional Aflac coverage, including cancer, hospital, life, and short-term disability 401(k) with 3% company match plus access to a professional advisor Paid and supported career growth through trainings and certifications How to apply Apply through Indeed or email careers@lrfuelsystems.
