Field Representative

We're looking for a reliable Field Representative to act as our on-site presence for real estate deals in our target market. You'll meet homeowners and buyers at properties, capture photos/videos, and provide quick updates to help move deals forward when we can't be there in person. This is not a negotiation role. The focus is execution, professionalism, communication, and speed.

Responsibilities:

Meet homeowners at properties Walk properties and take clear photos/videos Provide quick updates after visits Assist with getting documents signed when needed Meet buyers for showings Coordinate basic access and showing logistics Report buyer interest and property feedback

Requirements:

Must be local to the target market Reliable transportation Comfortable meeting people in person Strong communication skills Organized and dependable Able to send clear photo/video updates from the field

Compensation:

$30 per property visit $200 bonus per deal closed +$20 same-day availability bonus (when needed)

Schedule:

Flexible (work assigned as needed) Part-time hours based on deal flow

Experience:

Real estate or field-based experience is a plus, but not required
