Benefits Professional development and upskilling opportunities Career growth within a dynamic, service-focused environment Key Responsibilities Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Communicate with clients to address service-related inquiries and resolve issues Track and report on service performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities Collaborate with technical teams to resolve service challenges and enhance processes Maintain accurate records of service activities, documentation, and client interactions Qualifications & Skills Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across shipping, receiving, and logistics functions Warehouse experience picking, packing, shipping and tracking inventory Excellentmunication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and with clients Analytical mindset with the ability to review performance data and support process improvements

ADVANCED

Pay Details:
