Woodford Bros., Inc. is hiring Field Service Technicians to perform inspections, maintenance, and service on residential systems we've installed. This is a customer-facing role focused on solving problems and maintaining systems , with the opportunity to earn additional income through low-pressure, needs-based recommendations . Pay & Compensation $47,000

• $60,000+ annually $20/hour base (after training) + commission Commission typically 7-11% on additional work identified during service visits Paid training provided Schedule Start time between 6:30 AM
• 7:00 AM Typical end time around 4:00 PM Days can run slightly shorter or longer depending on jobs Occasional weekends (not standard) No seasonal layoffs
