The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services and providing essential support to the field operations supervisor.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct support to the field operations supervisor in coordinating and overseeing field operations, Assist in managing one-time projects including post-construction cleaning, carpet shampooing, and similar tasks. Support the post-construction team or any one time job that are running smooth and to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and reputation through exceptional service delivery. Manage inventory, including ordering and tracking supplies, to meet operational requirements. Visit various client locations to oversee operations, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships. Previous experience in a support or supervisory role within the cleaning and facility services industry is preferred. Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to effectively assist in managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain strong client and employee relationships. Ability to travel to different client locations as required.
