Part-Time | 8:00 AM-12:00PM Monday-Friday File Clerk Job Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain resident, applicant, and property files in both paper and digital formats. Scan, copy, file, and upload documents accurately into company systems. Help prepare lease files and compliance paperwork. Make sure files are complete, updated, and properly stored. Retrieve and provide files or documents to staff when needed. Assist with file audits and identify missing information. Keep resident and company information confidential. Maintain organized office filing systems and storage areas. Support the office team with administrative tasks such as data entry, copying, and mailing. Track incoming paperwork and maintain accurate records. Communicate with team members about file updates and missing documents. Perform other general office and clerical duties as assigned.File Clerk Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative, or customer service roles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. High school diploma or equivalent required. Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office Suite).
