Filling Associate

JOB OVERVIEW

The Filling Associate will be responsible for completing daily production tasks to meet production goals and deadlines.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Filling containers with paint in quarts, gallons, five-gallon buckets, and drums. Fold and stencil trays and boxes. Label five-gallon buckets and drums when completed. Box and bail completed gallons of paint. Complete forklift certification training, if required. Rotate stock. Put stock on shelves and racking. Clean and maintain filling equipment for daily use. Daily clean-up duties can include sweeping, taking out trash, etc. to ensure that the workstation is kept in clean and safe condition. Follow all safety rules and guidelines. Follow instructions given by the Lead or Supervisor. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Production experience preferred. High school diploma preferred. Ability to follow instructions and learn the production process. Ability to perform repetitive tasks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift up to 50lbs frequently. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to bend, stoop, or kneel frequently. Must be able to traverse the production facility.
