Finance Intern Oak Ridge, TN Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking qualified candidates for a Finance Intern opportunity in Oak Ridge, TN for our Projects Group.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our finance team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, analytical, and interested in developing a career in finance, accounting, or business operations. Responsibilities include: Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Help analyze financial data and prepare reports for management Conduct research and gather data to support financial decision-making Assist with monthly reconciliations and expense tracking Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Support audit preparation and compliance activities as needed Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or similar discipline.
