VIP Honda | North Plainfield, NJ Reynolds and Reynolds Experience Preferred VIP Honda is looking for an experienced, driven, and customer focused Automotive Finance Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a professional who can maximize profitability while delivering a transparent, efficient, and positive customer experience. As a Finance Manager, you will work closely with sales staff, lenders, and customers to secure financing options, present protection products, and ensure every deal is completed accurately and compliantly. Responsibilities Structure, finalize, and fund automotive retail and lease deals Present and sell finance and insurance products professionally and ethically Work with banks and lending institutions to secure competitive approvals Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations Maintain accurate deal documentation and funding processes Partner with sales managers to maximize deal profitability and customer satisfaction Utilize Reynolds and Reynolds DMS and dealership systems daily Review contracts for completeness and accuracy before submission Help maintain strong CSI and online reputation standards Qualifications Previous automotive finance manager experience preferred Strong understanding of automotive lending and compliance regulations Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred Proven track record in product penetration and deal structure Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast paced dealership environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive compensation package Performance bonuses and incentives Medical, dental, and vision benefits Paid vacation Opportunity for advancement Supportive team environment Established dealership with over 50 years in business If you are motivated, professional, and ready to grow with a high volume dealership team, we'd love to hear from you.
