Sales Manager Summary Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic Powersports dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the finance and insurance (F&I) process, working closely with customers and lenders to secure financing, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience. Conducting paperwork in F&I office for all major unit deals, collecting all down payments and deposits, warranty register units, finalizing all deals, managing commission pay for salespeople. Sending funding paperwork to their prospective lienholder whilst following up on deals every 2-3 days. Key Result Areas Administration Customer Service Major Duties and Responsibilities 1) Administration Print, prepare and sign all New/Used vehicle sales, including wholesale purchases Ensure accuracy of pricing structure on every deal; verify customer information; verify all trade vehicle Prepare and review all sales and finance documents for accuracy and compliance Present finance and insurance products to customers, including extended warranties, service contracts, and protection packages Secure financing through various lenders and financial institutions Oversee all finance and insurance operations within the dealership Handle funding delays as soon as notified by the bank Handle incoming finance calls and direct to Sales Manager as needed Print monthly commission reports and forward to salespeople for accuracy prior to payroll and assist Sales Manager with said task Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lender programs, rates, and guidelines Maining a daily log of all deals worked and upload to Master Log each day Assist Admin Office in obtaining additional documents necessary for collecting rebates Calculate cancellation refunds and fill out cancellation request forms for current and previous customers Track deals with payoffs to ensure payoff checks are issued within the payoff quote timeframe Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., privacy laws, credit disclosures) Handle customer questions and resolve concerns regarding financing options Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit opportunities and customer satisfaction Process licensing documents Train and support sales staff on F&I procedures and best practices Handle customer questions and resolve concerns regarding financing options Track and report F&I performance metrics to management 2) Customer Service Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously. Record messages or forward calls. 3) Other Duties As assigned. Qualifications & Job Requirements Must possess a positive attitude & show enthusiasm for the products we sell. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Minimum 2 years of automotive or Powersports F&I experience Strong understanding of financing, lending, and insurance products Demonstrated ability to maneuver basic computer work Must maintain a professional appearance & a neat, well organized work area. Proficient in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Valid Drivers License High attention to detail and organizational abilities Physical Demands Frequently works on a computer or does other work.
