Audit client billing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies.
Assist with correcting billing issues and coordinating with internal teams for resolution.
Perform general ledger reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks or NetSuite.
Process accounts receivable transactions, including time entry reviews and expense tracking.
Prepare journal entries and ensure proper documentation.
Collaborate with colleagues resolve financial discrepancies.
Generate detailed reports and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
0-2 years of accounting or administrative experience; internships are welcomed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and approach challenges with a problem-solving mindset.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
