Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess experience in various accounting disciplines, including GAAP, IFRS, and regulatory reporting Responsibilities Prepare and analyze financial statements Perform Payroll Perform general ledger accounting and account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other financial management tools for daily operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial concepts like double entry bookkeeping, account analysis, and debits & credits to ensure consistency across all financial records. Requirements Proven experience in corporate accounting, governmental accounting, or non-profit accounting environments. Strong understanding of
GAAP, IFRS, SOX
compliance, and regulatory reporting standards. Demonstrated expertise in financial report writing and financial analysis techniques. Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other relevant financial management tools. Extensive knowledge of cash management practices including forecasting and liquidity management. Experience with account reconciliation processes including balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis. Effective communication skills for preparing reports and collaborating across teams.
