Job DescriptionJob Description McDaniel & Associates, PC is seeking a motivated individual to serve as a full-time Bookkeeper working with our Small Business department.
Responsibilities Include:
Reconciliation of accounts including bank, credit, and loan accounts
Recording financial transactions and/or payroll data
Processing accounts payable in a timely manner
Preparing payroll and sales tax returns
Preparing monthly financial statements
Assisting with other duties as needed to support staff accountants and managers
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
High School Diploma
2+ Years Experience preferred
Experience with Accounting Software preferred (Quickbooks, Sage)
Proficient with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work cooperatively with all levels of employees and management
