This position requires a high level of attention to detail, an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Manage the timely payment of all payables. Manage all receivables and communicate any delays of payment to management. Reconcile multiple bank accounts. Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and job reports. Provide documentation and assistance in General Liability and Worker's Compensation audits. Additional miscellaneous duties that support accounting needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred 3-5 years of accounting experience Prior accounting experience in the construction industry highly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications & construction accounting software experience preferred. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and high level of detail orientation with the ability to accurately prepare and enter information to meet deadlines and requirements. Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently and with good judgement. Ability to work in a team environment with strong people skills. Ability to act with the required discretion when managing confidential information.
