High School Diploma Currently in a 4-year college program
Job Summary:
Discover a rewarding career at Arcare. Assist the Finance & Accounting department with process efficiencies and data analytics, and other various tasks required within the team. Be professional and polite at all times. Protect the confidentiality of information, employees, prospective employees, & former employees per law and corporate requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Optimize Work Processes with the Finance, Accounting, Billing, and Referral departments. Help perform Data Analysis Accounts receivable transition to new software and process. Establish a Decision Support Model for Arcare leadership. Assist in other areas of Finance & Accounting as requested by supervisor. Skills & Attributes Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
